Shiva payal, the co-founder of Rishikesh spiritual
yoga, born in Rishikesh, india. He started practicing
yoga at the age of twenty three (23).
Shiva received a
master degree in yoga. He has done one year
diploma course from jairam ashram sanskrit
mahavidyalya.
He has completed 500 hours of
teacher training, practiced with various great
indian teachers.
He has a very good experience of
teaching hatha yoga in many schools of Rishikesh.

based on subtle level, his teaching work on roots

yoga and meditation. He has taught yoga in

Mukesh Singh is a professional Hatha Yoga teacher. He is born and brought up
in Rishikesh and has learned many forms of Yoga such as Ashtanga, Hatha,
Vinyasa, and Iyengar apart from that he has completed a Masters in Yoga from
Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, India, also have great experienced
in Mantra Chanting and Shathkarma.
Through his yoga journey, he committed to providing extensive instruction and
counseling to his students, while motivating them to follow spirituality for
finding true inner peace and their healthiest self. During his teaching, he
carefully planned classes in a manner to challenge students while always
remaining sensitive to their needs and goals and giving them enhanced
performance.

in Asia, to shear his Experience and knowledge of Yoga. Mukesh's favourite
