This course is for you if you want to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga but don’t feel ready to commit to a full yoga teacher training course or don’t aspire to be a yoga teacher yet.
This course offers you an intense yoga asana (postures) practice twice a day, and workshops on alignment and posture clinics. You will be attending the classes alongside the 200-hour yoga teacher training students.
DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
You will attend two intense asana practice classes every day, six days a week. Morning classes will be two hours of Ashtanga Primary series (led or Mysore), or a Vinyasa Flow practice. afternoon classes will be 60-mins Vinyasa Flow/Yin/Restorative.
ALIGNMENT & ADJUSTMENT WORKSHOPS
In these classes, you will learn the correct alignment of various groups of postures and effective practice techniques. There will be 12-14 classes of one or two hours each during the course. These classes will be where you really take your practice to a new level and deepen your understanding of yoga asanas.
THIS COURSE IS FOR
- Those who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga but don’t feel ready to commit to a full teacher training course.
- Those who don’t aspire to be a yoga teacher but would like an intensive course.
- Those who want to develop a strong foundation before taking full yoga teacher training.
PRE-REQUISITES
You should have a regular yoga practice.
